Terms and Conditions

1. Services and bookings

• Quotes are based on the scope provided and may change if project requirements or timelines change.
• Bookings are confirmed only after written acceptance (email is sufficient) and, when required, receipt of a deposit.
• Project schedules depend on timely client responses, access to locations, and delivery of required assets.

2. Client responsibilities

• You represent that you own or have permission to provide all materials, likenesses, and locations involved in a scan.
• You will supply accurate information and approvals needed to complete the work and will ensure a safe environment for our team.
• You may not misuse the site or services, interfere with operations, or attempt to obtain source files or systems without authorization.

3. Fees and payments

• Pricing and payment schedules are set out in the relevant quote or statement of work.
• Deposits are non-refundable once production or scanning has begun. Remaining balances are due upon delivery unless otherwise stated.
• We may suspend work or withhold deliverables for overdue invoices.

4. Deliverables and revisions

• Deliverables (e.g., 3D models, renders, or figurines) and their specifications are defined in the approved scope.
• Minor corrections are included as specified in your project agreement; additional revisions may incur extra fees.
• Delivery of final files or products signifies acceptance of the work unless issues are reported promptly in writing.

5. Intellectual property

• We retain ownership of our tools, processes, and background intellectual property used to create the deliverables.
• Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for the purpose described in the project agreement.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to use your provided materials solely to perform the services.

6. Privacy and data

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data processing as described there and agree not to provide sensitive data unless requested and agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Rescheduling is subject to availability; additional costs may apply for changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
• If you cancel after work has begun, we may retain deposits and bill for work performed to date.

8. Warranties and liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties, except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits.
• Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Metascan 3Di harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or materials you provide for a project.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Metascan 3Di is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
